Manuel has over 25 years of experience in teaching, research and management as an academic. In his role with CEG Digital, he develops partnerships with prestigious universities to enable them to expand their reach to global markets through the provision of high-quality online learning.
Manuel is an international technology expert promoting the advancement of learning and teaching in Higher Education, and regularly delivers thought leadership keynotes at international events.
He is also a Visiting Professor in Online Education and Digital Innovation at the Teaching Excellence Academy, University of Hull. He is an active researcher in the field of Cognitive Computing, exploring the affordances that Artificial Intelligence can bring into the learning process and the development of sophisticated automated learning simulations.
He has managed and led numerous international projects, including the setting up of a Bloomberg Trading Room university simulation facility, and his teaching experience includes the prestigious MBA at London Business School.
