Laura is CEG’s Chief People Officer and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. With an MSc in Finance & Management, she's experienced in the definition and execution of commercial and supportive global People strategies. Laura amassed broad business experience in finance and change management positions before going on to senior HR roles for the last 15 years in privately owned, equity-backed and listed businesses.
Laura is ultimately responsible for the support the People function delivers to the business to drive performance. As a Board member, she's heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business in respect of our organic and acquisitive growth plans and vertical and horizontal integration of our ESG approaches.
